To all our current and potential customers:
Extreme Joomla would like to take this chance to announce some changes within our organization. Until now, jForce and Extreme Joomla has been a side project for our development team. Everyone on our staff has a regular day job and has only been able to dedicate spare time to the project. In addition, jForce has grown much larger and much faster that we had anticipated. For this reason, we, Extreme Joomla, have not been able to devote the time and energy in development and support that, you, the customer, deserves. We recognize that we have failed in many respects in our customer service and apologize for that.
With that said, we have some very exciting news to pass along. After much deliberation, we at Extreme Joomla have decided to make jForce development our full time commitment. We are currently distributing our business plan and seeking investors to help with funding at the beginning of this venture. We are also taking jForce back to the drawing board and re-evaluating the entire product. We already have some great ideas for improving many of the features in addition to adding some new ones. Chances are you won’t recognize jForce 2.0 as it will be a complete re-write. We will also be revamping our cost structure and option packages. For our existing customers, your accounts will obviously be rolled over and upgraded.
What can you expect from us when Extreme Joomla goes full time? You can expect better customer support and faster responses. You can also expect more frequent releases and upgrades. We will be looking to hire a forum/customer service staff that can help with individual support problems and questions.
What can you expect from us in the meantime? We will be keeping you updated with project progress here. We will also be looking to post a working roadmap of features and things you can look for in jForce 2.0. We also hope to post screenshots as development progresses. Also, if you are an existing customer and you are continuing to experience problems with jForce, please contact us directly by filling out this form.
We really look forward to hearing your feedback. If you have any comments about the above plans or about jForce/Extreme Joomla in general, please let us know by filling out this form. We thank you for your support and look forward to serving you full time.
The Extreme Joomla Team
