Lead and Contact Management

With this latest release of JForce CRM you have the ability to manage all aspects of your clients and contacts.

You are able to capture new leads from a variety of forms on your site, and the addition of custom fields allow you to make your forms as unique as you need them to be. You can associate multiple users with companies, and assign those users to employees in your company. You can also assign companies to employees. Within a contact you can attach events or leads to better help you track any activity associated with that contact.

Lead weighting has been implemented so that new leads can be directed to the appropriate individual within your company based on either equal weighting or percentage based weighting as you define in the control panel.
