Support Tickets

Support tickets are another handy feature that are available both within a specific project but also outside of a project, and associated directly with a company or contact.

Tickets can be assigned to categories created through the control panel, and individuals can be notified of new tickets as they are posted.

Support tickets also include the handy ticket weighting which will automatically assign new tickets to pre-defined users as setup by you. Weighting can be handled on an equal weight basis or percentage based system.
