What we support
How to get supportIf you are a valid license-holder, you have full access to our support system where you can post a support ticket. Typical response time is between 24-36 hours. Additionally, we are available for live support during our normal operating hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday. We value our members highly and will do everything possible to provide you with outstanding customer support for the full 12 month membership period. If you're subscription expires, you can reapply for a small fee and continue receiving support. Places for support
