How to get support

If you are a valid license-holder, you have full access to our support system where you can post a support ticket. Typical response time is between 24-36 hours. Additionally, we are available for live support during our normal operating hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday.

We value our members highly and will do everything possible to provide you with outstanding customer support for the full 12 month membership period.  If you're subscription expires, you can reapply for a small fee and continue receiving support.

    You can view common problems and solutions as well as basic documentation here.
  • Ticketing System
    The Member's area of the site has a dedicated place for support tickets. This option is available for all current members and provides a way to receive quick, customized support and attention from a member of our support team. Please refer to our typical office hours when expecting a response from our support team. We do our best to respond under 24 hours, however, please be aware of the typical response time listed above.
  • Support forum
    Our support forum also offers a great place for more specific questions. Valid license holders have full access to the support forums. These are a great place for community support and opportunity to share code samples, and other tips and tricks to improve your site. We do our best to post to the forums as well to help with problems and answer questions. Please refer to our typical office hours when expecting a response from our support team.
  • Email
    We typically use email as the primary means of communication of confidential information. Email support is ALWAYS available to current members. Please refer to our typical office hours when expecting a response from our support team
