Contacts are one of the main structural components of the JForce CRM/PM. A contact is a fully quaified lead. Contacts are given usernames, password and setup as Joomla! users on your site. Note that unless they are assigned an access role that has "system_access" they will not be able to access the JForce portion of your site. Contacts are associated with companies and can only be associated with one company. The screenshot below outlines the standard contact list layout, notice that contacts are grouped by their company.

The list view outlines the basic details of each contact and allows you to quickly view key features of each contact. The screenshot below shows the detailed contact layout.

Notice that contacts have the ability to have images associated with them (leads do not have this funtionality). Additionally notice the custom fields located on the upper right hand corner. Custom fields are setup and defined in the admin panel as outined in the Administrative Setup of the documentation.

Once clicking on the "edit" link for a contact you can then see the fields you can edit for each contact.  Notice that you can always change their access role and either choose an existing role or choose a custom role and define it on an individual conatct basis.
