JForce CRM / PM makes handling payments from your clients an easy job! Simply create an invoice that your clients can pay online directly on your website. By default the system includes both Credit Card (through Authorize.net) and PayPal payment methods. With the payment gateway plugin you can incorporate any processor you use.

Invoices provide an exceptionally easy way to secure payment from contacts, and the system has been written to handle any type of payment gateway through an incredibly flexible plugin system. Invoices can be emailed or printed as well as viewed online for ease of use and record-keeping. Your invoice organizational tabs include active, paid and refunded. An active invoice has all the basic information listed for you: names, addresses, service, quantity, cost. From the active invoice page, you have several different options for action: you can print or email the invoice, copy it so that you can store it is another file, edit or delete it, etc...

As with every other aspect of the JForce system you can add custom fields that will display on the invoices.

Creating or editing invoices will allow you to enter the specifics for the invoice.

Taxes also are handled on a per service basis.
