The Potential form allows you to easily track all of your potential customers. These users haven't yet been converted to actual customers. Potentials do not have access to your website or JForce system. Potentials can be created either by a company member or converting the information listed in the Leads folders. Notice the infomation available for you to track in the company management screen example below:
You will be able to list the amount each potential might bring to the company, and mark which campaign it's associated with. You will be able to set up a time frame with the closing date option. In addition, you can highlight the potential's probability for becoming an actual client. You have control of the visibility of information, and can mark the potential's content as public or private. Keeping concise records of potentials and their sources is easy; because as you fill out the brief form, there's the opportunity to make reference to whether the potential is connected to another lead or a company you've already listed as a contact. Any employee can pick up the ball and roll with it, because the Next Step is listed. They will know exactly what needs to be done next- and hopefully, that potential will turn into your next paying client. Once the potential is saved, they can be viewed and you can also see their associated descriptions for more information. The below screenshot shows this layout.
