Is your source code encoded?

No. Our product is 100% GNU / GPL.  You have the ability to modify any and all source code within the component.

After purchasing the JForce Suite does the license expire?

No, once purchased the product is yours to keep for as long as you like.

Do I have to purchase updates and technical support?

Your subscription allows you access to one full year of updates as well as live technical support for the domain purchased. After one year you may continue your subscription for a nominal fee.

I want to install the JForce Suite on a test server first, do I need to purchase a second license?

No, you do not have to have multiple licenses for testing purposes. However, our support service does require you to identify the domain for which you desire support.

Do you offer refunds?

No, given the nature of the product (digital goods) all sales are final. We will work with you to help you troubleshoot any problem you might be having with the software and will do our best to make sure it works as advertised.
