With the Quotes feature of JForce 2.0 CRM / PM, you will be able to keep track of who you are sending quotes to, adding a description for indentitiy assistance and what services will be rendered. You'll also be able to easily differentiate between which quotes are active, accepted and denied.  Quotes can be setup to automatically generate any number of invoices with the amount being split equally among the invoices. You can choose how many payments a client will have and how often those payments will need to be scheduled. You set the interval, and the program will take care of the rest by notifying them of the information.

Quotes can also be set to publish and unpublish at whatever particular times you specify. You can assign anyone you would like to be able to ajust quotes as needed; and you can also set up a list of subscribers who will be informed of the quote edits as they happen. The handy calculating feature will adjust your totals as you adjust the pricing and/or discount information.

Quotes can be emailed or printed as well as viewed online for ease of use and record-keeping.
