Weighting can be placed in to effect for both Leads and Tickets. Additionally, tickets within a project can be weighted differently than global tickets. Please review the screenshot below for details.

Global Leads and Tickets

Users are anyone that have been granted the can_be_assigned property from the System Access Roles. If you choose to Auto Assign Leads then the fields below take effect.

There are two different Assignment Types which are defined as follows:

• Weighted means that the users below will be given new leads or tickets as defined by the percentages. The total must be 100% and users can be assigned a 0%.
  
• Random means that leads and tickets are randomly assigned to the users below with no regard to percentages or weights.

Project Specific Tickets

Tickets associated with a project are handled much the same way, however, users are different depending on the project, thus this list involves an AJAX loading of available users within each project.
